 Puppy Classes

Did you know that the most sensitive age for puppy socialization is between 3 and 12 weeks of age? Alpine Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of early puppy socialization, and is proud to offer socialization classes through our hospital! We also offer training classes for dogs of all ages, and one-on-one behavioral counseling for those tough cases. Check out our current classes, and call or stop by to sign your pup up today!

A message from our trainer, Lindsay Riley: I have been teaching classes at Alpine for over 10 years. With even more years of training experience before coming here. The foundation of all of our classes is positive reinforcement. Starting as a child in 4-H training dogs, I began competing in agility, obedience and conformation events. I have handled numerous breeds including Clumber Spaniels, Newfoundlands, Bullmastiffs, Lakeland Terriers, West Highland White Terriers and Irish Terriers. For 2 years I taught training classes for kids in Snohomish County. I continue to broaden my knowledge of dogs, and our relationship with them, by attending Continuing Education events including an Ian Dunbar seminar and traveling to the Western States Veterinary Conference and attending behavior classes. I really love to help you shape a dog you can live with.
